Uncompacted waterline.

During an inspection in Whitefish Hills Subdivision this uncompacted waterline was observed. A previous attempted repair is visible due to the repaired blacktop driveway continuing to subside. The only repair is to dig up the water line (at least 6 ft deep below the driveway) and fill the trench with compacted fill. An expensive proposition for the new homeowner.
